The recent call out is a good example: Central office/booking identified that an engineer may be available at short notice and called despite existing booking for following day. Engineer appeared shortly afterwards. Both office and engineer were polite and thoughtful as has always been the case with their staff and engineer was careful of property. Good thorough review of issue. Skills and service of their engineers is good and crucially completely honest, which was very much appreciated.. -
